Shipping Information

All the things you want to know about getting our custom made pieces into your hands.

How long do orders take?

Your order will be sent to you within 14 days. We engrave every day so depending on our workload at the time your order may be sent within a few days…but never longer than 14.

How long does shipping take?

Anywhere from 1 to 4 days. If you are in a Metro area then your parcel should arrive in 2 days. Rural areas 3-4.

Is there express shipping?

There sure is. At the checkout you have an option to choose express shipping. This means once shipped, your order will arrive next day for Metro areas and within 2 for Rural. 

Please be advised there is a 14 day production time on all orders. Even if you purchase express postage, this does not speed up production time. If you require a rushed order, please call us. A rush fee applies.

Can you rush an order?

Yes. When you order make sure you leave a note in the area provided for comments stating when you would like your order to arrive by. Sometimes due to short deadlines & large quantities, it may be difficult, but we will always let you know what is possible up front. Rush orders may incur surcharges.

Will it look like the picture?

It sure will. With natural products like bamboo and other timbers, there will always be a slight variance in finish. We only use the highest grade materials so any change will be minimal. All our products are taken in natural light and not overly photoshopped, so what you see is what you will get.

Returns & Refunds

Mistakes happen, and if we have made an error, we will of course replace your order without hesitation. Please be careful when ordering a custom job as we can not offer a refund if the error is made by the customer or for change of mind.
